We believe that property owners are active partners in solving homelessness and strive to empower our network to operate successful rental properties while providing housing to those who need it the most.

Financial incentives and damage and vacancy loss recovery funds provide property managers with peace of mind, knowing their property will be taken care of–even in an emergency.

Gateway to Housing property managers gain access to a closed, free unit listing platform exclusively accessed by partner nonprofits assisting move-in-ready applicants.
